Register for our online services and you’ll be able to order repeat prescriptions from your computer or phone, day or night, without needing to call or visit in person.

Ordering via the NHS App

The NHS App lets you order repeat prescriptions, see what you’re currently prescribed, and track a request through to your chosen pharmacy — all in one place.

Ordering In Person or By Post

Prefer a paper request? Tick the items you need on your repeat slip and drop it in to reception, or post it to us. Please allow extra time for postal requests.

How Long Will It Take?

Please allow three working days for us to process a request before it’s ready to collect. This gives our clinical team time to review each request properly — we’d rather take a day longer than rush a decision about your medication.
