How to Book an Appointment

We offer a choice of ways to book, so you can pick whatever suits you best — whether that’s a quick call, booking online, or coming in for something that needs to be seen the same day.

Booking by Phone

Call the surgery during opening hours and a member of our reception team will help you find the right appointment. If you’re calling about something urgent, let us know when you ring — we run a triage system so that patients who need to be seen quickly are prioritised.

Booking Online

Once registered for online services, you can book, view, and cancel routine appointments through our online booking system or the NHS App, without needing to call. This is often the quickest way to book if your query isn’t urgent.

Same-Day and Urgent Appointments

A number of same-day appointments are held back each day for problems that can’t wait. These are assessed by a clinician over the phone first, so we can direct you to the right person — that might be a GP, a nurse, or another member of the clinical team.

Cancelling Your Appointment

If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. You can cancel online, via the NHS App, or by calling us — every appointment you free up is one that becomes available to another patient.
